The Secure Jobs for Your Future - Skills For Victoria program provides you an opportunity to access a Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification from only $57 through MMC. Eligibility criteria applies, however if you hold a lower level qualification, then you may have the opportunity to access one of these funded places. Students under 20 years of age have full access to government funding. (No Eligibility Criteria)
